Yes - we brought lots of powerade and stayed in the shade as much as we could! It was warm, but we (probably wisely) didn't do anything too physical.

And thank you for the good thoughts - the appointment was nudged to tomorrow, but hopefully it goes well.

Definitely hoping for a mix of relaxing and doing things.
