I know! I'm mad about him getting bit. No owner nearby, and no one seeming to look for it or anything, and we were there for a while. I can't imagine not having a collar on a dog! And there are at least two on our street. I don't know if there are just idiot owners who let them loose, if they're abandoned, if they got out when they weren't supposed to... but definitely not safe.

I'm hoping this will help with the writing - getting stuck on one and getting too behind to catch up has been my issue this year, so maybe just moving onto the next, and going back later will be a fix for that.
