I think 2023 I managed... 11? But that was still counting some that were only partially completed, and ones that I'd read with other people. It definitely wasn't much.
My younger sibling takes tons of notes when he reads, and goes through like, whole packages of little sticky flags to mark different passages. It works for him, and I love when he does review stuff after, because it's always really in-depth and thought out. I can't do it quite that extensively, but it's nice to be able to try and sort out my thoughts at the end and put them into words.
I'm trying to find a good balance between trying to enjoy what I read just as a story, and trying to pick apart the craft of it for what I can learn. I want to do the latter, but if I try to do it too much, I end up unable to enjoy the story for itself, and it feels too much like homework.
