Oof, I totally feel your frustration with being exhausted at the end of the day and needing naps that cut into what you'd rather be doing. Sometimes I just end up relenting and going to bed wicked early these days, hobbies, chores, etc. be damned. I really hope you've been having a much better, restful week thus far and are getting caught up on more fun stuff though?

I've tried similar habit tracking/planner-esque things in the past that for whatever reason, I've always stopped using about 2-3 months in, or as soon as I have a routine down. For that matter, may I inquire how you've kept with it? I imagine it's neat seeing how trends evolve over such a long time period!
