Clothing shopping

Finally bought a bra that won't stab me in the tit. Turns out, trying to find one that fits is just as hard as it was the last time, ugh. I settled yet again for "close enough I guess", but, well... close enough.

I loathe most types of shopping, but clothing especially. Maybe if money were less of a concern, or if it was easier to find things that fit, I'd feel differently, but as it is, it's always way more frustrating than anything else.

But today I got a new bra, and Alex got new shoes (since his had a crack in the sole that you could see daylight through), and both of us will probably be much happier.

I also bought a couple pairs of pants off the clearance rack, since I'd been down to one pair that fit. The new ones don't fit *great*, and probably won't be super comfortable until I lose a few pounds, but... I can wear them, and they were marked down enough that they were basically thrift store prices.

I used to get underwire bras a lot because I have small boobs, and the underwire with 'boosts' were the only way I could appear to have boobs so that women would stop telling me I couldn't go into the women's bathroom because I wasn't 'woman enough' (because small boobs). I found some at Walmart that actually lasted for a while before they started to stab me in the tit. I also found some at Walmart that are almost sports bra-ish but they're not because they enhance instead of press down, and the act like underwire without the tit-stabbing torture devices. So yay for new bras.
