Had to get up stupid early to go get the title dealt with. Then we got there before they'd even opened, so probably could have gotten an extra fifteen minutes of sleep, but oh well. ;) It was a quick appointment, and not too bad! Now we just have to deal with the apartment side of it.

Taylor and I hung out - we read a little more of Imaginary Numbers, and played through some more of Hades.

One of Taylor's friends bought them a shirt that says DILF (Damn, I Love Frogs). We both struggled SO HARD as my mom kept saying how cute she found it. :| Neither of us is strong enough to explain the concept of DILFs or MILFs to our mother, I'm sorry.

Alex wasn't feeling great, apparently he slept badly, but he came and got me so I could go do the rest of the b-day shopping for Taylor.

Mission accomplished! And one of the books that they wanted wasn't supposed to be released until the 21st (a couple days after their birthday.) But... the B&N I went to had a display of them, so... Score! (The cover mentions an exclusive short story for B&N's edition, so maybe they also got a release date a week earlier?) But I think they'll be excited about that.

Gotta get gifts wrapped now, but glad to have everything purchased! No "oh god, can I get this with overnight shipping??" panic this year.

I think a nap is next on the list, and then hopefully some writing later.
