Well, the storm completely crapped out, fortunately. It did snow for quite a bit of the day, but it never stuck to the roads, and by the end of the afternoon even the accumulation on the grass had melted off.

Yesterday there were turkeys just... hanging out on the way home from my office. Glad I got out on time so we got to see them! We do have plenty of wild turkeys around, but usually they're up in the foothills and mountains, not down quite this far, so it was kind of fun to see them. Usually it's just geese in the road.
Pretty meh picture, but hey, zoomed-in cell phone from the car.
Today felt a bit wasted. I woke up super early, but didn't do a lot with the morning. Alex had to pick up a prescription - the pharmacy is now closed on Sundays due to staffing issues, and for some reason were also "temporarily" closed on Saturday, so he's been overdue for multiple meds. But when we got there, the drive-through line wrapped around the building, and the parking lot was mostly full, so he didn't want to go in. Waited until it cleared out a bit, so he went in, was told his pxs weren't ready, but it would be a 10 minute wait. Just shy of an hour later...
Ran some more errands, got home, fell asleep while watching a movie, dreamed about an "enhanced reality" style Silent Hill game that was more exploration/mystery based than horror.
