What a frustrating workday.
It was one of those death-by-a-thousand-cuts sort of days, where there was no MAJOR disaster, but nothing at all went smoothly, from not being added to inboxes I was expected to deal with, to coworkers calling and asking me to talk to their angry customers because they'd already been yelled at so many times today.
I started typing out all the silly things that sucked, but nah, I don't even want to spend the time on it, haha.
I'm kind of glad I didn't have to immediately turn around and go take care of Raven. (Though I guess I need to like... pack and stuff, at least somewhat. At least it won't be difficult to come back home to pick things up.)
Unfortunately, Alex's stomach has started bothering him again. It had stopped for a few weeks, but he said for the last couple days it was low-key hurting, and today he hasn't been able to eat anything. He still thinks it's an ulcer. Back to the soup and bread all the time diet, I suppose.
Last day of Camp NaNo, which is a relief. Last night was a hardcore uphill-both-ways struggle, and is another 500+ words that will absolutely get rewritten completely. Sadly I AM pretty behind where I'd hoped to be per my writing calendar. I'll try to put together a new one in a few days.

I really do hope they figure it out. He does think it's an ulcer, per the symptoms he's having, but it would still be nice to have actual confirmation.
