Today was actually quite nice, and we were able to go on a walk. (Saw rare birds! That's exciting for me, lol.)
The weather front is supposed to move in early tomorrow, and has gone from "slightly cool and rainy" to "BETWEEN ONE AND TWO FEET OF SNOW."
The snow totals are for the foothills and mountains, and it's very possible we won't actually get any here. BUT WHAT IF.
I'm just so fucking sick of winter.

I feel you. And we're not even getting the snow. I hope you don't get as much as forecasted. *fingers crossed* Like, maybe none?!!
Are you familiar with Fort Morgan, CO? I'm watching Hometown Takeover on HGTV, which has two of my fave renovation couples on it this season, and they redid that small town to help bring it back to life. Fort Morgan gets a renovation on HGTV's "Home Town Takeover" (denver7.com) The first ep aired Sunday, if it's something you'd be interested in checking out. (I'm sure they'll re-air it before the next ep this coming Sunday.)

Fingers definitely crossed for none snow, lol. That is possible - we're on the edge of the snow/rain line, so if it doesn't cross us, it'll just be dismal cold rain, which is better than feet of snow!
I do know where Fort Morgan is! We've been there a few times - it's north and east of us, but a lot of the summer thunderstorms move right through there, and we've been up there passing through while following interesting storms before. That's so cool that they did that sort of larger-scale renovation project! I could see that being a very good thing to revitalize a town like that. (I actually thought Fort Morgan was bigger! I guess it's just the biggest thing on that stretch of the plains.) I wonder if any of the HGTV shows air on any of the streaming platforms I have... I'll have to look into that!

Very cool! This is the largest they've done, with 6 homes (of people who make a difference - in the first ep it was a single mom who runs an equine therapy ranch), 6 businesses, and 6 community spaces. Murals, man! I know that HGTV shows stream on Discovery+, but I'm not sure where all you can get that, as I can't stream. Yet. One day I will have the internet necessary for that.Nex
Next time you pass through you'll have to stop to take pictures for me, lol!! In front of the murals!

That is a big project. But yay, murals! If we pass through there we'll have to look and get pictures!
I don't have Discovery+, but we might wind up with it at some point - Alex has wanted it for a handful of shows, too.

I hope you guys don't get that snow!

Fingers crossed it just stays rain for us! (Though it's almost certainly going to have some pretty bad accumulation at my office. :/ )
