Is this what normal people's brains are like?

I kicked ass at work today. I answered 27 calls and sold about $1300, which is pretty ridiculously high for me. (It's not wildly impressive numbers, but it's real good for me.)

For whatever reason, today I was able to follow through with my intent to do well, and I managed to keep focus. That... isn't always the case.

I low-key worry about having "good days", for fear that it sets a new standard I'll be expected to maintain, which I know isn't possible. (But that winds up turning into self-sabotage where I deliberately DON'T do well.) I don't know WHY it's as much of a struggle on an average day for me as it is, except that it's a whole mess of ADHD symptoms and that "probable" diagnosis I got several years ago.

Regardless, I feel good about it, though idk if my manager/higher-ups will.
