Habit Tracking: Week 46 (November 10 - November 16)
(Need to post more of these more often until I get caught up...)
Picked a vibrant jellyfish [not really a fish] for this week. Not a usual color scheme for me!
I spent a good chunk of this week sick, and that was kind of a damper on the rest of it. Otherwise it was... fine. I struggled with a general feeling of not caring about much, not wanting to do anything, feeling like things were just pointless in general. I didn't get caught up on writing, which was in part due to being sick. I did get a good amount of reading done, almost getting through part 2 of Absolution. I was glad to get my overdue shots. So... kind of a mixed bag of a week.
Goals for the week:
- I did get my covid and flu shots
- I read more of Absolution
- I figured out my writing plans, even if I didn't do great at executing them
- I did not catch up on Novella November
- I did not set up my phone
- I did get crickets
Tracked habits:
- Work - 4/7 - I stayed home sick on Thursday
- Household Maintenance - 3/7
- Physical Activity - 2/7
- Wrote 500/1000+ Words - 3/7, all over 1000 words
- Wrote on 2nd+ Draft - 0/7
- Meta Work - 5/7
- Personal Writing - 3/7
- Other Creative Things - 0/7
- Reading - 7/7 - mostly on Absolution but I read some of my ebook, and Alex and I read a bit of Infernal City too
- Attention to Media - 7/7 - Sunday we watched The Birds and the finale of Parks and Rec; Monday we watched IT: Chapter 2; Tuesday we half-re-watched The Quiet Place Part 2 and The Babadook; Wednesday rewatched Ouija which still was pretty meh; Thursday we rewatched Ouija: Origin of Evil the much better prequel, and then Aftermath which was also still meh; Friday we rewatched the mediocre Abandoned and then the fairly good first Fear Street movie; Saturday we watched Abbott Elementary and then I fell asleep after we started 20/20.
- Video Games - 0/7
- Social Interaction - 3/7
Total words written: 5266 words, between meta stuff and my current story

Still, you did get a lot done
Makes the days shorter and I give up easier.
