Last day in NM. We'll stop by to say hi/bye to Grandma and Debby tomorrow morning on the way out of town, but won't stay long. It'll be a 10+ hour drive even without bad weather, so we want to leave early.

I made my Covid test appointment for Monday.

I only talked to Alex briefly today, but he wasn't feeling well.

I wish we had more time, but I'm glad for what we had.

That is a long frelling drive. I remember doing that when we visited the Shiloh battlefield in Tennessee. I don't ever want to have to do that much driving again in one go.

It was a pretty damn long drive. I've had longer - Alex and I have driven out to Maryland a few times, and try to do it in as few days as possible. I think one time we made it in 36 hours, which was frankly insane of us. But it's exhausting, and I never enjoy being in the car for that sustained a time period. (I enjoy road trips, but that much it one go is brutal.)
