Well, we aren't getting as much snow as was threatened... so far. It has been so warm it's not that much of a surprise that it's not sticking much, despite having snowed all day, starting overnight last night. Then again, it is still going, so I could wake up to a terrible surprise for my morning commute!

I know this is technically ~seasonally appropriate~ but I am so. damn. tired. of the snow!

My sympathies.

Central Illinois is evidently warming, but twice already I've had to haul in pots of things that were sprouting, because of a freeze warning.

Spring is ... unpredictable.

This time of year is always a bit of a roller coaster! I know my mom has had to do the same "putting pots outside... pulling pots inside..." thing as we get new snow and freeze warnings.

It's probably still too soon to hope this was the last of the winter weather, but it'd be nice!

Last night it rained, but today was nice. We got a new outdoor spigot! :D

Allegedly we're in for some rain this week, but I'll definitely take that over any more snow.

Yeah, we've gotten some rain here, off and on the last several days. Today was clear though.

We got a hose, a hose spool, and a very nice nozzle. \o/ Not hooked up yet, but we'll sort that out later.

SO ready for spring! As usual, now that this most recent cold and snow spell is past, I'm hoping that was the last of the winter. (But same: can't count on no more snow...)
