Got a lot to catch up on, but tonight is not that night.
We are home safe, and made really good time getting back. (My mom and Taylor both speed, so.) We got back to my mom's around 7:00, after leaving Debby's a bit after 9:00. So just about exactly 10 hours, with two stops for gas. The weather was great, and it was amazing that all the snow from the trip down was gone.
I wish we'd had more time to stay, since two full days of travel for three days spent there feels unfair in a way.
Tomorrow morning is my Covid test. I'm not terribly nervous, and I hope that I have no need to be. I'm a little nervous about whether I'll get my results quickly - I'm doing a rapid test, but I am supposed to be back at work on Tuesday, and if it takes more than about 20 hours to get the result, I won't be cleared to return. I certainly hope that I don't get a positive result! I don't think I will, as I've been very careful, but at the same time... all it takes is one other person who *wasn't* careful.
Tomorrow is supposed to be very nice here, so I'd like to take advantage of that if we can. Maybe a walk or something. I don't want to be one of the assholes who goes anywhere near other people while I have a pending Covid test. Also need to get the smaller dish for Broccoli Cheddar Bomb and do a cage clean. Maybe I can arrange his habitat so he's happier with it.
Plenty of posts I need to catch up on making: My habit tracker from two weeks ago, my habit tracker from last week, longer posts (with shitty cell phone pics) about my trip, plus I never did do a post about River of Teeth and Taste of Marrow.
But... tonight is not the night.

I hope you're enjoying the nicer weather today. (Here it was 31 when we got up and the wind was ferocious. TWC said 31 and felt like 18.
I chuckle every time I read 'Broccoli Cheddar Bomb'. *g*

The weather today was beautiful! It was over 70, and really nice out. Though the wind was pretty strong, and is bringing in another cold front: it's supposed to snow again tomorrow. ;_; Though yeek, that's a lot of wind chill for you!
Hahaha, I'm glad! He got a habitat cleaning today, and some rearranged stuff. I think he's happier. But his big dish was replaced by a smaller souffle cup... so now he can be Broccoli Cheddar Bomb von Souffle. :D
