Habit Tracking: Week 14 (April 04 - April 10)

This week's stickers are some unicorn ones that came with something Alex bought

This felt like a less productive week than usual, I think because I had fewer additional goals. (But that was deliberate... some weeks I'd set more than I could reasonably do, and I am trying to prevent the burnout from creeping back in.) I am a little disappointed I didn't actually DO all of my additional goals, but I did at least start on them.
- I did write over 6000 words on All Strange Wonders
- I cleaned off my bedside table
- I didn't post about River of Teeth/Taste of Marrow, but I did start rereading RoT in the hopes of being able to make a better post when I do.
- I didn't edit the next chapter of my friend's book, but I started on it. (And to be fair, it came mid-week.)

But looking at my tracked habits... it wasn't really a lazy week at all.
- Work - 5/7, back to normal
- Household Maintenance - 3/7, good for me
- Physical Activity - 2/7
- Wrote 500/1000+ Words - 7/7! With 4 of those being over 1000!
- Meta Work - 7/7
- Personal Writing - 7/7
- Other Creative Things - 2/7, one fairly minimal
- Reading - 5/7, one that didn't include much (I still have a wee bit of a book hangover from Cerulean Sea. I'm going to try and read through RoT/ToM pretty quickly, and then I still may reread it. Though my TBR pile is looking at me reproachfully.)
- Video Games - 0/7, which is starting to make me sad. I want very badly to play some Silent Hill, Persona, and/or Zero Escape.
- Social Interaction - 7/7

With Camp NaNo, it's easier for me to devote more energy to writing, and it definitely shows in my wordcount. I do wonder if I can find a way to balance my higher wordcount with other pursuits (reading, gaming, other stuff). When my wordcount ticks upward, I definitely notice that I do less of other things.
Unfortunately, I don't know that I can. As long as I'm working 40+ hours per week, I just don't have *time* to do much more. So I wish it didn't take me a year+ to write a fic (even one that is the length of a short-medium novel), but I don't see a way (yet) to increase my output without sacrificing all other hobbies.
I know some people manage it, but I'm not that willing or able to drive myself into the ground, I'm afraid.

BUT ANYWAY.

Total words of fiction written: 7807 on All Strange Wonders, which I'm pretty happy with.
