Habit Tracking: Week 24 (June 13 - June 19)
This week gets a "Poison" holographic sticker. It's a cool sticker, but the week felt kind of toxic. :P
The week really didn't go the greatest. I feel like I struggled basically everywhere. Work was hard, with having to get a driver's entire summer rescheduled, plus trying to prepare for my manager being on vacation this week, and then ending with my fuckup on the mis-graded test. I also failed pretty hard on getting writing done. I had one night where I only got a few hours of sleep, and it seemed to hose several days.
For my extra goals:
- I did finish Chapter 1 of Connections of the Heart
- I didn't even try to get my floor cleaned up
- I did read two chapters of Angel of the Overpass
- I did a partial clean on Broccoli Cheddar Bomb's habitat
- I did read the fic I'd promised to
For my tracked habits:
- Work - 5/7
- Household Maintenance - 1/7, though not much
- Physical Activity - 3/7, though two were lighter
- Wrote 500/1000+ Words - 2/7, one of which was over 1000 words
- Meta Work - 4/7
- Personal Writing - 7/7
- Other Creative Things - 5/7, mostly playing around with photos
- Reading - 7/7, a mix of AotO and fic
- Video Games - 0/7
- Social Interaction - 7/7, one day pretty minimal

It really is hard to recover from a day with too-little sleep -- the tiredness doesn't stop on that day and bleeds onto the succeeding days. I'm glad you made it through and got things done, even if it's not all of them.

The tiredness after too-little sleep always seems to hit me the day after. I can make it through the day immediately following the poor sleep, but no matter how much rest I get that night, I'll be dead on my feet the next day. Sometimes it leaves me exhausted longer, which I always hate.
