Habit Tracking: Week 26 (June 27 - July 03)
Silly sticker courtesy of my BC px, lol
This week was a pretty good one, though I couldn't tell if it went by extremely fast or felt extremely long. The stuff I did with Taylor at the beginning of the week (and even now just over a week ago) feels like it was forever ago! But it was another "bingo" week, where I did everything at least once (again, since Taylor and I played games, ha.) Work itself was pretty frustrating all week, but kind of rolled off me, so that's good. And I did get a decent amount of writing done, though most of it in one deadline-induced panic.
For my extra goals:
- I did finish chapter one of Connections of the Heart (in that aforementioned deadline-induced panic)
- I also posted it to the Unconventional Courtship community
- Taylor and I went on the hike to Mount Falcon
- My read of Angel of the Overpass is still on hold. ;_; I've been enjoying the book, so I don't know why I stalled out, except I just haven't had much time. (Living in a one room apartment, where Alex tends to be watching TV or gaming, makes reading difficult for me.) I did read That Ain't Witchcraft with Taylor though, and fic on my phone.
- I did decide to enter Camp NaNo for July, with the low goal of 20000 words
For my tracked habits:
- Work - 5/7, the usual
- Household Maintenance - 3/7, mostly a couple days of grocery shopping
- Physical Activity - 4/7, two pretty intensive, with a night of clubbing and a hike
- Wrote 500/1000+ Words - 4/7, one over 1000 (and actually over 3000 that night
- Meta Work - 1/7
- Personal Writing - 7/7
- Other Creative Things - 1/7, taking pictures on the hike
- Reading - 6/7, reading with Taylor and reading fic
- Video Games - 2/7, watching Taylor play Transistor
- Social Interaction - 7/7
Total words of fiction written: 5500 words on Connections of the Heart (a mix of second draft of chapter 1 and the first draft of chapter 2. Also a weirdly round number.)
Total words of fiction written between May 30 - July 3: 13,293 (slightly over one month, based on how weeks shake out.)

5500 seems like an auspicious number, but I can't really say why.

Hmmm, I wonder. I see what you mean, though.
