I have had an unending headache since last night and it is making me want to curl up in a ball and cry. It isn't a true migraine, but it kind of seems like it wants to be one when it grows up. Time do down more painkillers and shut my eyes for a while. I kind of want to blame it on the air again - we had one beautifully clear day on Sunday, where you could see that we had mountains! And a horizon! - and then yesterday all the smoke came back.

Today Taylor and I hung out more - we read more, and listened to more TMA. They also gave me copies of some of the soundtracks to games we've played recently. I'll share more in-depth thoughts on stuff at some point, but right now everything is too ow.

Alex did a lot of cleaning and rearranging in the apartment, which looks better for sure.

man i feel this on a molecular level, i've had so many headaches this past month. in part cuz the weather down here in FL has been so nutso, so many pressure changes, ugh. something i didn't realize tho that my dr just informed me about literally today: i take a steroid for a topical resin allergy, cuz uncured resin is toxic and literally every human is allergic to it it's just a matter of amount of exposure before you start showing a reaction. so i've had prednisone prescribed for when i have to do An Amount of resin. and apparently steroids such as prednisone are also an old tried and true largely successful migraine treatment, so he gave me extra refills to see if it also helps the headaches. so it might be worth asking a dr about that as an option?

I'm sorry you've had an awful headache! I'm sure the air quality is partially to blame. Weather changes might be part of the problem, too. One day hot and humid, the next day rain.
