More writing stuff:
Jun. 2nd, 2021 08:49 pmI'm a little dismayed at all the writing I have in front of me. I knew I would be, but... oof.
Trying to take it one step at a time. Tonight my goal is to pick my summary for Unconventional Courtship.
Then I should get that outlined and, you know, written. Or at least started.
After that I'm going to try and get the second chapter of Step Right Up written.
(I also want to post links to my other fics here. Obviously they're all easily accessible, but I want to actually share posts about them. I think that'll wait for a bit, until I feel caught up with everything else.)
And somewhere in there, I guess I should actually start to share All Strange Wonders, after all that time spent on the second draft.
I knew I would feel overwhelmed, and I know it's all self-imposed stuff, but my brain is still just giving me a dial tone when I look at all of it.

Work is about to be real shitty again. There was that driver a few weeks ago that we had to fire? Well, we'd hired a new driver, who was able to take most of his students... Well, tomorrow we're firing the new driver.
He was using a company car that he was supposed to be moving between locations for a "personal errand" that looks very plausibly like a drug deal. So uh, not great.
We'll have to reschedule all of his shit for the next few months, when many of those students were already rescheduled from the PREVIOUS guy we fired. I've got my fingers crossed that they'll be able to free up one of the instructors that's been put on hold to teach classes, so that she can take the bulk of those lessons, but if she can't, we're basically fucked.
