(no subject)

So after being just wildly exhausted and ready to drop yesterday, I didn't manage to go to bed early, because Alex found a stream of the Olympics, and I got surprisingly invested in the skateboarding. But by about 11:00 I was definitely dozing, so went to bed... and slept all the way until 3:30 before waking up. ;_;

I did eventually get back to sleep, but never very deep. I would wake back up as soon as I lost consciousness. (Until sometime after there was light in the sky, because I remember that, and then evidently hitting some REM sleep, because I had a dream about snow-tornadoes.)

So I am REAL damn tired. This is three times within a week that I've gotten four or fewer hours of sleep, and it is killing me.

BUT. Evening one of hangouts with Taylor is complete. We:
- Watched the first two episodes of Shadow and Bone, which I'd been wanting to see since it came out, but they just watched it and wanted me to see it. I love the casting, and really appreciate that they brought the Crows characters into it, because I loved that duology (which Taylor also convinced me to read), yet never really had much urge to read the main trilogy.
- Read a couple chapters of That Ain't Witchcraft
- Baked cookies

Now we're going to bed early, because we're OLD and TIRED.

...But I still have to write my words for the day, even though I don't want to.
