Super annoying work day.

Last week I trained someone (the new evening support at the corporate office) and it was 100% my fault that I forgot I had to train him. Today he showed up again, but this time I was genuinely not told that I was supposed to train him. Not an ideal day for it, because we had a class close, and my manager had to go run around taking care of car issues.

It was mostly fine, and he uh... definitely needs some practice, so it was good, but still. Super annoyed that no one told me. (The person who was supposed to took today off, but claimed she'd already talked to me about it. Nope!)

Then I was also annoyed because one of our out of state employees sent kind of a snippy email that because that same person was out, that she needed me to start taking care of online support because she was logging off and had already done a bunch.

And like... it probably shouldn't have bothered me that much, but it did. I don't work for her, so I kind of balked at the "I need you to..." command. And like, I already was having to train without knowing it, and was in the middle of a class close, so fuck off, I do not have the time or even ability to. Because my phone doesn't get the support calls! And no one is forwarding me the voicemails, so I can't get them that way! And the training I was unknowingly volunteered to do means I can't even use my phone! Fuck off!

Then I had to do the class close on my own because the car my manager was transporting got a flat tire. Ugh.

It's all fine, I just hated it, lol. And I'm dreading tomorrow because the last few Saturdays have been hot messes.
