Day 28 of NaNo

Class close at work today. Went pretty okay, though had to kick one kid out of class for not having the homework done, which I haven't actually had to do before.

Still, long day felt long.

Though I did manage to get a couple hundred words written longhand in a notebook, which hasn't happened in a while.

Day 28 of NaNo: 1678 words [Vincent and Alina talk. And cuddle. Erik returns from his bad time in town.]

Today was okay, but felt a bit more like a struggle than yesterday. Glad I got a bit written at work.

I can't wait for NaNo to be over so that I can go back down to a much smaller daily goal. 500 or even 1000 words today is so much easier than 1667. While I don't always hit those smaller goals either, they're much easier to push through without hating it, haha. (And I don't HATE NaNo, or I really wouldn't do it. But man, some of these days have been really rough, lol.)

Today it's probably because I am just so fucking tired. I had a hell of a time waking up this morning, and I feel like I could pass out on my keyboard, so I think this is an early night again.

Alex bought and put up some nice blue lights in the kitchen. They're really pretty and make me smile to see them, ha.
