Mar. 23rd, 2022 09:46 pmThis week is spring break for the local schools, so work is a hectic mess. Had a class start on Saturday and end on Tuesday (my weekend), had a one-day class today, have another class starting tomorrow and ending on Sunday (so I'll be the only one handling the close work.) *muffled screaming*

Spent a bit of time today sort of resorting my potential writing calendar/goal deadlines. If I get my next WIP finished in April/posted in May like I hope, and get to start posting the couple completed fics that I just haven't shared yet (All Strange Wonders and Outbreak) in June and then October, I could basically post at least one chapter (and sometimes two) per week up through January of next year without a posting hiatus. That's... pretty cool.
Of course, I still need to figure out what I actually want to work on while making use of that fairly luxurious posting cushion. To be honest, I'd love it if I could find a way to kind of continually be ahead, but I don't think that's likely sustainable long-term. I don't write nearly fast enough to STAY ahead, or at least not with a weekly posting schedule. IDK, none of that matters as much as actually making the writing happen, so. Gotta focus more on just doing that part! And as much as I'm trying to somehow plan ahead, I know I would probably do better to focus on what I'm working on NOW, at least for the time being.
